These Terms of Use (TOU) govern access to and use of the codeweb.app platform, operated by JordanDev (hereinafter referred to as "CodeWeb", "we", "our"). By accessing our site, you agree to these TOU without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.
Article 1: Purpose
These TOU define the conditions of access and use of the services offered on the codeweb.app platform, which sells individual training courses and digital projects in the field of web development.
Article 2: Access and Registration
Access to certain sections of the platform requires the creation of a user account.
- Registration: You can register using your email address, Google, or GitHub account.
- Account Creation: Creating an account requires providing accurate and complete personal information. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
- Security: While CodeWeb does not store passwords, you are responsible for managing your credentials (email, Google, GitHub). You must ensure their confidentiality and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Article 3: Access to the Platform
The codeweb.app platform is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. However, some training and features are only available to users who have purchased a paid product.
Article 4: Purchase Conditions and Product Access
The products offered on codeweb.app are training courses and digital projects, sold individually.
- Purchase terms: Each product is offered at a single price. No subscriptions, free trial periods, or referral systems are offered. Once purchased, users have unlimited access to the content, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Payment methods: Payments are processed through secure online systems (Stripe). You are responsible for the information provided to these services.
Article 5: Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (texts, videos, code, visuals, etc.) is the exclusive property of CodeWeb or its partners. No reproduction, distribution, or reuse is allowed without prior written authorization from CodeWeb.
Article 6: Cookies
To enhance the user experience and facilitate access to platform features, CodeWeb uses cookies. These files placed on your computer allow us to identify you when you log in to the platform.
- Session cookies: These cookies allow users to stay logged in during a single day without having to re-authenticate.
- Analytics cookies: These cookies allow CodeWeb to analyze user activity on the platform (number of pages viewed, visit frequency, etc.), notably through services like Google Analytics. These cookies are used solely to produce anonymous traffic statistics.

Article 8: Termination of the Contract
- 8.1 By the user: Any registered user can request the deletion of their account by emailing contact@codeweb.app. The termination will take effect within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days following receipt of the request.
- 8.2 By CodeWeb: CodeWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access to all or part of the platform features, temporarily or permanently, in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable laws. This termination will result in immediate account deletion. CodeWeb may also terminate the contract without prior justification, with one month's notice.
Article 9: Changes to the Terms
CodeWeb reserves the right to modify or adapt these Terms at any time. In case of substantial modification, you will be informed by email or via a notification on the platform. The changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
Article 10: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of CodeWeb’s registered office.
