- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd: processing secure payments.
- Vercel Inc: website hosting. Vercel is a US company, but it has a European subsidiary (Vercel Europe Ltd) that processes data in the EU.
- Supabase Inc.: database management. Supabase is a US company, but it has a European subsidiary (Supabase Europe Ltd) that processes data in the EU.
- Google LLC: audience analytics solutions (Analytics, Tag Manager). Google is a US company, but it has a European subsidiary (Google Ireland Ltd) that processes data in the EU.
Each provider is contractually bound to protect the confidentiality and security of your data, in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 7: Data Location and Hosting
Your data is hosted on secure infrastructures by:
- Vercel Inc.: Web hosting provider, based in the United States, but with infrastructure in Europe.
- Supabase Inc.: Database management, based in the United States, but with infrastructure in Europe.
Standard contractual clauses compliant with the GDPR are used to govern any transfers outside the European Union.
Article 8: Data Security
We implement all necessary measures to ensure the security of your data:
- Encrypted connections via HTTPS/TLS.
- Passwordless secure authentication.

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with our legal obligations:
- Account Data: retained until the user requests its deletion by email at contact@codeweb.app.
- Billing Data: retained for 10 years in accordance with tax legislation.
You can request the deletion of your account at any time (see Article 10).
